01. Acceptance of Protocol
By utilizing Blue Homeland Data (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms. Our maritime analytics tools are designed for professional strategic use. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you must cease use of our digital assets immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any point to reflect changes in maritime law, data intelligence standards, or technological evolution. Continued use following such updates constitutes active consent.

02. Strategic Assets & Property
Proprietary Algorithms
All proprietary methodology used in our data intelligence systems, including predictive routing and naval heatmaps, remains the exclusive property of Blue Homeland Data. Unauthorized replication is strictly prohibited.
User-Generated Intelligence
While your specific queries are your own, the structural metadata generated through platform interaction helps refine our global strategic analytics models, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such anonymized data.
03. Operational Restrictions

Anti-Scraping: Automated harvesting of our maritime datasets via bots or spiders is strictly prohibited without written lab authorization.

Integrity of Signal: You may not attempt to circumvent any security measures or traffic management systems designed to protect the platform's stability.

Commercial Licensing: Standard access is for individual strategic review. Commercial redistribution of insights requires a Tier-1 Enterprise Agreement.
04. Limitation of Liability
Blue Homeland Data provides intelligence on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute precision, we do not warrant that our maritime analytics will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall Blue Homeland Data be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our strategic intelligence in high-stakes naval or commercial shipping decisions.
05. Jurisdiction & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey and the international maritime regulatory framework where applicable. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in the courts of Izmir.
